(AGM) is September 4, 2019
GANYC's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 6 pm at the Museum of the City of New York, 1220 5th Avenue @ 103rd Street.
Registration for the meeting will be open between 5:30-7:30pm, anyone arriving at 7:30pm will not be checked in.

The AGM is when GANYC's administration will present its strategic plan for the coming year. In addition to an overall report, each committee will present its plan for the coming year. The GANYC budget will be presented and voted upon. There will not be a guest speaker.
This is the only meeting where full GANYC members can designate a proxy to vote on their behalf. If you will not be able to attend, please give your proxy to another full GANYC member who will be in attendance. You must notify the membership committee of who will carry your proxy by e-mailing membership@ganyc.org by Tuesday September 3 at 5 pm.
There will be a Site Inspection/FAM tour prior to the meeting beginning at 4 pm, with guided tours and self-guided visit of the museum available to all GANYC guides. Please register in advance for this event by clicking here.
