GANYC's Annual General Meeting (AGM) -

Wednesday September 9, 6:00pm

GANYC's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take in-person place at the Javits Center (429 11th Ave, New York, NY 10001).  

Subway: 7 train to 34th St/Hudson Yards.

We will be in Meeting Room 1A02. 

DIRECTIONS:

• Enter the Javits Center at the main entrance at 35th Street and 11th Avenue.  Do not try to enter through any other doors -- they will be locked. The doors at 35th and 11th will be the only doors open. 
• Turn right and walk down the stairs
• Walk all the way down the hall until you see the big sign that says "1A"
• Take the escalator down to Level 1
• The meeting room is behind the escalators

The AGM is the most important meeting for GANYC members to attend each year, as the budget for the coming fiscal year is set and approved, and the priorities for GANYC for the coming year are laid out.

Here is a tentative agenda for the 2026 AGM:

• GANYC's administration will present its strategic plan for the coming year. 
• Each committee will present its plan for the coming year.  
• The GANYC budget will be presented.  
• There will not be a guest speaker.
