GANYC MEMBERSHIP MEETING Wednesday April 8, 2026
The next GANYC monthly membership meeting will take place Wednesday April 8 (note this is the second Wednesday), conducted in-person at: Inspiration Point (710 Tiffany St, Bronx, NY 10474), a cultural arts center. Check out their website at: https://www.inspirationpoint.org Their community space is in a revitalized area of the Bronx. Their theater presents theatrical, dance, and musical performances by local youth, community, and professional theater groups. The gallery hosts exhibitions, workshops, and pop-up shops. Our artist and specialty studios provide affordable workspaces for emerging and established artists. Subway: 6 train to Longwood Ave.
Meeting Format
We will have President's Report, and hear from several Committees. GUEST SPEAKER: Luis Aroyo Jr.-- Founder and Curator, Boone Avenue Walls Kurt Boones-- Author Dr. Steven Payne-- Director Bronx County Historical Society They will give a detailed talk on street art and culture in the Bronx.
