The Guides Association of New York City has been serving the tourism industry in NYC for more than fifty years, and this year marks our tenth ceremony celebrating the people and organizations who make our industry so exciting, from museums and preservation to food and writing. As a valued partner in our industry, we invite you to be part of that celebration! 

GANYC’s Eleventh Annual Apple Awards will be on March 9th, 2026 at Merkin Hall at Kaufman Music Center (129 W 67th St.) and will host tour guides, industry partners, and prominent guests from all over New York City. Your sponsorship will be instrumental in making this happen, and will put you and your work in the room with all of them for the evening. We are currently seeking partners to sponsor this event at several tiers:

Bethesda Angel Sponsor ($2500): Co-producer credit on all event literature; two comp tickets to the event; full-page ad in our digital program; at least three in-person projected ad spaces during the ceremony; enthusiastic thanks on all of GANYC’s social channels and website. Sponsors at this level are also eligible for one complimentary year as GANYC Industry Partners if they do not already hold this status, and are automatically filed as Partnership applicants (unless otherwise requested).

Empire Sponsor ($1000): Two comp tickets to the event; full-page ad in our digital program; at least two in-person projected ad spaces during the ceremony; enthusiastic thanks on all of GANYC’s social channels and website. Sponsors at this level are also eligible for one complimentary year as GANYC Industry Partners if they do not already hold this status, and are automatically filed as Partnership applicants (unless otherwise requested).

Grand Central Sponsor ($500): Full-page ad in our digital program; at least one in-person projected ad space during the ceremony; enthusiastic thanks on all of GANYC’s social channels and website. Sponsors at this level are also eligible for one complimentary year as GANYC Industry Partners if they do not already hold this status, and are automatically filed as Partnership applicants (unless otherwise requested).

Brooklyn Bridge Sponsor ($250): Half-page ad in our digital program; at least one in-person projected ad space during the ceremony; enthusiastic thanks on all of GANYC’s social channels and website.

High Line Sponsor ($125/$100 for GANYC guide members): Quarter-page ad in our digital program; inclusion with other High Line sponsors in at least one in-person projected ad space during the ceremony; enthusiastic thanks on all of GANYC’s social channels and website.

Staten Island Ferry Sponsor ($75): Enthusiastic thanks on all of GANYC’s social channels and website.
